Options for Therapy

For face-to-face appointments, my therapy room is based in central Exmouth, within easy walking distance of both the train station and bus routes. I have sole use of the space: it is welcoming and private for confidential talking and has a large table for creative work whenever needed.
While the small carpark provides limited space; there is normally ample, free, on-street parking. There are toilet facilities, and the option to have both hot and cold drinks.

There are stairs to access my room and I have the option to use an alternative room, via a gentle, wheelchair friendly slope. Please let me know if you would like this option when you first make contact.

The location of my room means we can make use of the beautiful Exmouth seafront and beach for walking and talking.
This can be a welcome option for anyone who likes to be out in nature and finds movement helpful as part of the talking process. There is - of course - the option to stop and sit on a bench while we look at the view.
If this is of interest to you, we can discuss the detail when you make contact, including how we might maintain confidentiality for you while out and about in spaces where there will always be other people.

Over recent years, increasing numbers of people have found that having sessions online works for them. This can be for any number of reasons. If you are able to access a private and confidential space so that we can work together via Zoom, this can be a very successful solution.
Alternatively, having a mix of face to face and online sessions is also a popular option.
Please do let me know your preferences when you make contact.
